3 Deposit & Payment Rules

The following rules apply when making deposits on dkwin9:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — using another person's account is not permitted.
• Dkwin9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any new payment methods added to the platform will be announced accordingly.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, a refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• No additional fees are charged for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• If fraud is suspected, dkwin9 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only — activates immediately after the first deposit. Wagering requirement: typically 10x–20x.
• Daily Cashback: Bonuses not claimed within the specified time frame will be forfeited.
• Referral Bonus: The bonus will be credited once the referred person becomes active and makes their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to your main balance only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Dkwin9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations
